Good morning folks,
Rick Weber will be organizing this event to be held Friday and Saturday, 
ctober 14-15 and he needs help. If you have items you wish to donate please 
ring them to the ASDC and leave them in the coat rooms. Rick is asking you to 
rice your items. This will help him and others who will be working the sale.
And that leads to the second item. He could use help on Thursday night October 
3 at 8:00 PM. That is when he will be organizing things for the sale. The sale 
tself will be held from 7:30-2:00 on the 14 and 15. If you can help Rick man 
he sale during any of those hours or help with the organizing please call him 
t 400-5164. Also, call him if you have any questions regarding the sale.
The roof air conditioning have been installed, but the bills still have to be 
aid and your support for this event would be greatly appreciated.
